Sales Fee Schedule

- Up to €100,000: Flat fee of €5,000 (incl. tax)
- From €101,000 to €300,000: 7% maximum (incl. tax)
- From €301,000 to €600,000: 6% maximum (incl. tax)
- From €600,000: 5% maximum (incl. tax)

Conditions:

- Fees include property visits, negotiation, and preparation of the sales file.
- Fees are payable by the seller, unless otherwise specified in the sales mandate.
- If fees are payable by the buyer, an additional 1% will be applied to each bracket indicated above.
- In the case of an exclusive mandate, a 1% reduction will be applied to each bracket indicated above.

Mediator
